Can I take admission if I belong to a different state or not?

To get admission in any State you have 2 options :-

1. MCC AIQ (15%) Counselling
2. State Quota (85%) Counselling

Only if you have scored well enough around 585 to 600+ then only you will get admission in some state's medical college via MCC AIQ Counselling. If not scored well then, you can go for your Domiciled State Quota Counselling.

Coming to your question, you cannot go to any state without being Domicile and having Domicile Certificate of that particular state. You must have Domicile Certificate to apply under State Quota (85%) Counselling. Otherwise you won't get seat from that particular college in that state.
