Do we choose college in SOL by ourselves?

Hi,
No college is alloted when you go for SOL, DU. You will be the student of School of Open learning. PCP(Personal Contact Program) classes are held once or twice in a week where you can go and attend the classes. The school will provide you with study material, you can study it at home or go to classes for studying. So you can't choose any college, because none will be alloted to you.
