hey ,I got 412 rank in puballb and 77% in 12 th I am from obc category can I get admission in university.

Considering your rank in entrance exam is 412 and that your boards exam score is 77% amd that you belong to the OBC you seem to have a less chances for admission in UILS, Chandigarh but better chances for regional centres. There are 120 seats each for BALLB and BCOM LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. This is only an estimate the actual cut off may vary as this year the entrance scores have been low the cut off might be lower. Your chances are still better in regional centres, so you can try for that.
