As Priyanka said those points, I'll agree with that and also I just want to add some points to it like Google is not a small firm and It'll hire employees who are best at any skill like any programming knowledge etc.., And in the recent times, I heard news that all the big firms are recruiting experienced cadidates. So that they can get more ROI.

At campus hiring time, Google definitely visits most of the IITs, and even IIIT Hyderabad and BITS pilani and Goa campuses. There are other definite campus as well.
