You can apply for Student credit card loan offered by Bihar govt.

Ok i will try for that...but is not there like times in evening when i will be free for 1 or 2 hours i can study 11th or 12tb class....yaha pr mai aisa hi krta hu bhaia ...avi 12me tha to 11th ko tiwtion deta tha ..taki kuch paise mil jaye or ghar ki madad v ho jati thi ...waha pe possible ho payega kya..??

The Fees at NCE Chandi is very less compared to all Engineering colleges across india. Tuition can be given after classes but since the locality is backward will not help you to earn much.
