See Sikander you have got 55% in 12th board and you want to study BA in any private college in Delhi. Well you are on the line of eligibility criteria.

You asked about any private college in Delhi. I guess DU would be better option for you. For admission in DU for BA one needs to have 55% in qualifying exams that is in 12th board. And you have it. So you have a fair chance to get admission in DU, if not in first round then in maybe further round you will get a seat.
