let me clear your doubt.
In the login page there must be a link for "forgot password" on every site so you can go there and change your password
And if there is no choice of retrieving the password on the login page then you can contact the admissions department of the concerned university immediately. there is a technical department in every admission committee so make sure you take their help asap.
