Dear Student,
SNQ quota means Supernumerary quota. It is started by AICTE to allow students who are from economically weaker sections of the society to gain admission in engineering colleges across India for reduced tuition fees. (It is also applicable other courses too like medical etc)
To apply for supernumerary quota, your family income should be less than 4.5 lac per annum.
So when you apply for any examination like this, attach the family income certificate with the form, there must be any section for this.
