Hello Laxmipriyakanti,
That would depend on the exam you are taking, the college and course targeted.
In general, you need to visit the college website and mail them at the ID given, stating your problem. They will help you.
If the exam is conducted by a third party board/organisation, go to their site and enter your email ID/password to obtain a recovery mail at your ID. That will contain your registration no.
