For IPS you must pass the physical fitness test if they want to enter into law enforcement. Hence, you mostly need to exhibit that they are active and swift.

Step 1
You need to know the physical and medical requirements for IPS and the fitness skills included in the physical fitness test.
Step 2
Before you start your fitness program, make sure you consult a doctor. He can help you in making a fitness plan. You can also go to the gym or hire a physical trainer to do exercise under correct guidance.
Step 3
Start well in advance once you know the schedule of the fitness test. Gradually, build your stamina and fitness level and give enough preparation time to lose any excess weight.
