Hello Piyush,
First and foremost, taking a year drop isn't something to be ashamed of. It means that you believe in your potential to do better the next time. It means that you have to work harder to overcome the difficulties you initially faced and try to score better than what you did previously.
Taking a drop year means that at Allen they will be covering the syllabus of both 11th and 12th in a span of less than 1 year. This might seem like a lot to digest but believe me a lot of what they are going to teach you, you already know.
So don't be afraid of studies and try doing your best in the class. Following is a strategy that I suggest you use to maximize the amount of time you have -
1. Since you are going for JEE, that means you will be having three subjects namely - Physics, Maths and Chemistry.
2. Now pick up a subject that you are good at and work hard to make the subject your strongest. Start by solving previous year questions of JEE Mains and Advanced. Since you are already good at this subject you will find it easy to master.
3. Now choose your weakest subject and work very hard to bring it on par with the subject you are moderately good at. Start by solving questions of class 12 than mains and then advanced level.
4. The 3rd subject that you are moderately good at, work on it simultaneously with the other subject.
5. This will help you gain enough confidence to solve any question in your two best subjects.
Note: Since the amount of time you have is limited, please don't waste your time. Sometimes it feels that you don't want to study anymore. At those times take up any book of physics or chemistry and just read any content that you haven't revised for a long time. Just slowly read it.
Lastly, I would like to conclude by saying that the career you want to choose won't come easy. You will need to work very hard to do it. Best of Luck and work Hard!
I can relate with your situation .once upon a time we all face this kind of situation.
Firstly you have to decide what's your dream is.
For every work to do in good manner we all need a motivation . Don't take study as a burden in your life.our mom dad spend plenty of money on us .
Don't be panic firstly never make time table for whole day make time table for next 4 hr only and do it properly.
Everytime when you feel low always remember and think about that day when you are in best engineering college.
Give equally importance to each subject and yes always do all things whichever your faculty told never left it.
Hope you do well now.
Thanku soo much
All the best.
And always remember In future everything will be best.
So start preparing from your good topics and find the easy in bad ones.
