Hello Vishal .

As you are saying that you are willing to join government college for your BTech let me tell you there are two ways of getting it.

One is India level exam i.e. JEE mains and another will be your own state level exam from which you are.

Let me clarify you that these exams are having a lot of competition and are really tough exams so you are advised to work hard for them.
