The final admission to college depends on the JEE percentile,IPE marks and Category. Your IPE marks are low. Your JEE percentile is also not enough to get good colleges and you are not even qualified. So you won't het seat through JEE mains. Better give another try or apply for other State Level Engineering Entrance exams.
