I got 54% in 12th 2019 and I belong to obc can I get admission in mechanical engineering? Which college can I get?

You will not get admission in any govt. College only on the basis of your 12th percentage. If you want to take admission in any college then you have to appear for the entrance exam. As every college conducts its own entrance exam for admission in their college. As you have not mentioned any college that's why I am unable to give you any information about any entrance exam.
