Yes , you are surely eligible for DY Patil college provided you have passed your 10 +2 with physics , chemistry and biology as main subjects and you have scored more than 50% in 10+2 .And as your score is 63% , you are eligible.But for admission , you have to meet the NEET cutoffs for this college.The admissions are made on the basis of NEET score only.

DY Patil os renowned institute of India. They take entrance exam for admission. Results of entramcd exam and students having good rank can only take admission.

On basis of class 12 boardexam results may nott be the only criteria for D Y Patil college.
