I got 81% in 12th. Will I be able to get in Ferguson Clg or Indian Institute of Psychology and Research?

Yess you can get admission in Ferguson College. Their basic Eligibility requirements for Undergraduate Course are:-
-You must have cleared 12th in any stream with minimum 50-60% from any recognized board.
- Admission for B.A psychology is totally based on Merit Basis.
For, Indian institute of psychology and research.
- Minimum of 40% marks or equivalent in PUC/12th
- Admissions are on Merit Basis.
As you mentioned you have 81% so you are 100% eligible to take Admissions in both the Institutes.

Both the Institutes are best In their region if you want to persue psychology in Maharashtra region then you should definitely go with Fergusson College.
If you want to persue from Bangalore then you should go for IIPR.
If you want to persue from Bangalore then you should go for IIPR.
