I got failed in 12 , can I continue in any college and give 12 together.

As far as I am concerned , in which ever course you get yourself enrolled , which ever college you choose, your 12 th marksheet is a mandatory document for admission. Yes there definitely are some diploma courses which you can pursue even after your 10th. But if you are looking for a degree course then passing 12th from any recognized board is must.

After failing 12, some college will give you admission but they will take some donations. Cause, 50% aggregate marks in 10+2, is the minimum eligibility criteria.
So I would tell you to give the exam again, not to go for the paid seats. Cause, next year when you'll score good marks, you can get better colleges. Moreover, it will be difficult to continue 2 courses simultaneously. It will again affect your college studies.

I'm sorry but you can not attend a college until you pass class 12, except for diploma courses like polytechnic. Even while doing that, you can not simultaneously appear for class 12 examinations. In your scenario, you can either go for those courses and if you will like to apss your class 12, you will have to take a gap year and prepare well. All the best!
