I had a backlog and cleared next yr as there is no chance to clear in same year so my b.tech degree got extended so I am now 2019 passout instead of 2018 I satrted my b.tech in 2014.

Sorry, but you can't make any changes to the year you passed your exam; if that is what you mean in the question asked here. You need to specify if there is anything else you want to ask in the question. Also, the number of attempts are not specified in the passing certificate you get. So, I don't think there should be any problem.
