I have completed my 12th from WB. Will I be considered for domicile of West Bengal?

Well, if you are living in a place from long time then you have the domicile of that state whether you have completed your 12th from that place or not.
But if you are doing your education for 10th and 12th from other state due to whatever reasons then you will get you a domicile of the state you are studying now.So, you will get domicile of West Bengal as you have studies there.
