I have got 76 in 12th which goverment college can i get .. and the cheper one because i am not much money

You can try giving various exams to get admission in various government colleges such as you can give IPUCET for admission in govt colleges of IPU or you can try taking admission in Delhi University if you belong to reserved category since your 12th percentage is too low to get admission in colleges of DU.
