Yes you will definitely get a College based on your score. Once the ranks are announced you can apply for colleges and based on the cutoff of that particular college you will get admission. So hope for the best.

If I got 83 percentile in general category .. will I qualified mains or not.

According to experts students with more than 70 percentile will be qualified for jee advance paper

Percentile means it is a way of representation of your rank.you can calculate your rank by this formula.Rank=(total number of students -(percentile*0.01*number of students)) .if the total number of students are 874469.but this rank may change if the official cutoff marks and rank released by National testing agency NTA on the month of April.
The rank is based on the basis of best of two exams. To predict your college once go through the below link:
