The complete criteria is:
A candidate, who is allotted a seat, must exercise “FREEZE” or “FLOAT” or “FREEZE with UPGRADE” or “FREEZE without UPGRADE” options, as applicable in the specific round, in order to accept and confirm the allotted seat in the specified period. If no option is exercised by such a candidate, the candidate will automatically be treated as “WITHDRAWN”. The seat allotted to such candidates shall be automatically cancelled and treated vacant. The registration fee of such candidates, after deduction of administrative charges with a rate of Rs 2000 per round of counseling in which the candidate has participated, shall be refunded online in the same account.
