Don't Run Away…from society.
Many of successful people in our society, definitely had Bad Marks in their Intermediate (12th) exam. No one is going to ask you about your marks you got in your 12th, once you stepped Forward.
If it happen recently, than you can go for improvement exam,(every board gives a timeperiod of minimum 2 years to improve your marks once) And keep continue your preparation related to about your respective career option simultaneously,

Don't Make Life Complicated, Stay Simple, Don't panic,many of us distracted in this vary age reason whatever,(Relationships, Unhealthy habits, Or any other materialistic distraction).
Don't Loose your self Confidence.
