Hello dear student,

Your question is not complete which college you are talking about. Kindly rewrite your question and ask again . While whatever I understood I can share that much piece of information with you . What you trying to say is to get admission in some College while you failed in 12th . So dear student you can to first pass your class 12th only then you can take admission in any college for further studies.
