I want to become scientist so what should I do after 10
Hi,
A scientist's job entails a variety of responsibilities. A scientist's goal is to find evidence and knowledge that can be calculated or compared using different methods of measurement and research. Here we have mentioned the steps to become a scientist.
Step 1: Students should complete 10+2 in science, chemistry, and math with a minimum of 50 per cent in each subject from a recognized board.
Step 2: Candidates must appear for the entrance exam in order to be considered for admission to the preferred college. There are a number of other institutes and colleges that accept applicants based on their 10+2 passing marks.
Major Entrance Examinations
JEE Main: Joint Entrance Examination Main
JEE Advanced: Joint Entrance Examination Advanced
VITEEE: Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination
BITSAT: Birla Institute of Technology Science Admission Test
Step 3: Students must enroll in a bachelor's degree program after successfully completing 10+2.
Major bachelor’s degree programmes:
B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) Mechanical Engineering
B.Tech. (Bachelor of Technology) Robotics Engineering
B.Tech. (Bachelor of Technology) Mechatronics Engineering
B.Tech. (Bachelor of Technology) Manufacturing Technology
B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) in Mathematics and Computing
B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) in Biomedical Engineering
B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) in Production Engineering
B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) in Computer Engineering
B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) in Chemical Engineering
B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) in Electrical Engineering
B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) in Biotechnology
Step 4: After completing a bachelor's degree program, candidates have many opportunities for pursuing a career as a scientist. The two main alternatives are mentioned below.
Option 1: Candidates will begin working in the industry as an entry-level position after completing a bachelor's degree program. After gaining a few years of experience, he or she will pursue their education by enrolling in a master's degree program.
Option 2:
Major master’s degree programmes
M.Tech. (Master of Technology)
M.Tech. (Master of Technology) Robotics Engineering
M.Tech. (Master of Technology) Mechatronics Engineering
M.Tech. (Master of Technology) Electrical Engineering
M.Tech. (Master of Technology) Chemical Engineering
M.E. (Master of Engineering) Robotics Engineering
M.E. (Master of Engineering) Mechatronics Engineering
M.Sc. (Master of Science) Robotics
M.Sc. (Master of Science) Mechatronics

This is really good to know that you are clear about 'what do you want to be in future'? so there are two waysto become a scientist, first one is get admission in IISc and IISER as they offer courses in pure sciences and other one is you can go through Engineering route and for that you will have to give Jee main (B.Tech). So basically, it depends which scientist you want to be as the requirement varies accordingly.
