iam sc category,i applied for both main paper 1 and2.i saw that message ,ur applied for b.tech ,b.arch and b.planning all .is i applied correct only

Dear Sharan, you applied it correct. JEE Main Paper 1 is for Engineering aspirants and Paper 2 is for Candidates who wish to join Architecture and planning courses. So if you have applied for Paper 1 and 2, the pop up that showed up is correct because the papers include B.Tech, B.Arch and B.Planning.
