Sorry but if one doesn't meet the requirement you mentioned, he won't be able to get admission in nits.

If a student gets good rank in jee but fails to ge 75% in 12th or he/she is not there in top 20 percentile then he wont be eligible to apply for NITs IIITs,GFTIs etc.
