If I qualify in jee I get any free seat

Qualifying a JEE mains doesn't ensure you the free seat , just make it clear in this I'm your mind you have to score as per the eligibility cuttoff marks of that respective department of that College/ University . And second thing none of the college will give you free seat , each & every single college whether it is Government / Private has the fee structure which includes there tution fee / hotel fee & the other charges. So try to get through that and try to score the good marks in the JEE mains.

Yes you are right, if you qualify for the jee mains you will get free in good institutions.
Free seat in the sense, you need to pay yearly fee and some admission fee during first year, the benefits you get is you need not pay for getting into the college just compare with your school that you used to pay donation for school one time at the time of joining,
Here you need not to pay any donation.
