in order to get the college options based on my class 12 marks, I selected the College Predictor feature. Then it asked me to pay for the feature for Rs.499. But when after filling the card details and filling OTP, it always says that the transaction has failed, even after trying it with other cards

I'm glad that you decided to choose our college predictor to predict your chances of getting into different colleges. As you said, if the payment is failing after multiple attempts and after trying with multiple cards, I would suggest you to try using a different method of payment other than cards. It might be for some reason that the debit and credit card portal isn't working properly so you could always try a different payment method. I would also suggest you to try to do the payment with a different device. There might be some issues with the device so switching it may helps.
