Is doing community science from GB pant university is good option?

GB Pant university of agriculture and technology is a well known college. The course fee is feasible, around 30,000 per semester including study and accommodation with food. Most of the students tend to go towards the research field so they go for master in science. Remaining are placed well with companies like Pradhaan , Mark and Spencer, IKEA etc. They offer a package around 4-6 lakhs.
