Yes dear student you are eligible for neet 2020 with your date of birth as to be eligible for Neet 2020 one needs to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2020 and you fulfil this criteria as you will be 17 years old on 18th December 2020 itself. So you don't need to worry about this at all, just prepare well for your neet exam.
