My money deduct but process to college predictor didn't initiate please help

If your money was deducted but the college predictor didn't work, immediately contact the website's customer support . Provide transaction details (ID, amount, date/time, screenshot if possible).
Many websites have a "Help" or "Contact Us" section, or a direct email for payment issues. They should either activate your service or process a refund. Don't try to pay again without contacting them first.
