Yes, there are high chances that you can easily get NIT TRICHY , NIT SURATHKAL , NIT BHOPAL , MNIT JAIPUR , SVNIT , IIIT BHOPAL , IIIT URI , NIT HAMIRPUR and other also.
With 96 percentile, there are high probability that you can get the course which is Computer science engineering easily.
You can also go for VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai as they are also accepting admission through 12th boards with JEE Mains.

According to the category and rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get CSE in any of the top NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some average or moderate NITs like NIT Agartala, NIT Sikkim, NIT Silchar and likewise with CSE branch if and only if you deserves Home state quota for it otherwise I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
