My payment is showing incomplete but amount deducted will that amount be returned? Or refunded?

Hey,
If you are doing any online transaction and the payment gets failed and the money gets deducted,you need not worry. The money is generally refunded if the forum is authentic. Talk to the Bank concerned and also to the customer service of the concerned forum you were doing your transaction with.
