Hi dear,
Congrats for getting 37003 rank in JEE main 2018. You can get admission in Goverment college in home state quota.Admission in colleges depends upon Cut off list prepared by the colleges or by JoSAA. It depends upon your rank also.You should apply for counselling.Try filling government colleges in home quota first .
Try checking previous year cut off list and closing rank of NIT's and IIIT's.The link to check college cut off is below.
