Regarding JEE (Main and Advanced)

Ofcourse yes you can handle and manage it efficiently but it will depend upon you and your patience level and the schedule you will follow.
According to me you should work for the jee mains and advanced till Janaury exam ( jee mains.)
And if you are preparing for jee than all the topics will be covered in jee for the boards ( as you familiar ).
And after the January results you will have time for the boards ( that how to write and theory and other small topics ; you can learn in that time )
And after that again you can focus on your jee.
It depends upon you ; that how you will manage all the things ( not necessarily that everyone is able to manage it )
So look at yourself and see your capability.
