The timeline is based on the previous year information. Generally the dates fall under this timeline as seen in the past years. HT did carry a news but there has been no such thing as scrapped. The article does mention that directors are asking to scrap it but no more on the decision. We haven't seen any other information except the HT news. The scheme is for students abroad and MHRD doesn't publish notifications for this every year either. So as far as the information goes, it is not yet announced as scrapped. Until that is officially announced, it should be considered still in existence.
