I have selected EWS category during GATE registration , if I failed to submit the EWS certificate will my admission/application gets cancelled or will I be considered as general category?

Please do not panic and rest assured that your candidature would not be cancelled if you have the necessary documents to support your category that is EWS as stated by you. Since you have mentioned general category during the basic registration, it would not be considered as you have mentioned the EWS category during the final registration of the application form.
