Dear Aspirant,
As you have not mentioned your state it is not possible to say the colleges for you. Moreover, colleges which will accept such low scores are not good colleges and you must refrain from taking admission in such colleges.
You must apply for improvement and give JEE next year. Try to score above 75% at least to get admission in some decent college.
Or if you join some bad college it will be of no use and you will regret losing 4 important years of your life.
