No, you cannot get into NITs as 75% is required and as per your precentage you are not eligible to get admission there but yes, you can give this exam so that you can participate in JAC Delhi counseling (if eligible) and other colleges which accept Jee score/rank to provide admission. Also, it would be better if you focus on other exams like your state entrance and private exams like BITSAT, VITEEE, SRM, Manipal etc.
