Are you asking for JEE Main exam?
You can contact to the officials regarding your issue at helpline number 7042399520, 7042399521, 7042399525 and 7042399526, between (10.00 AM to 5.30 PM) on working days.
You don't need to worry about that if you have opt for online exam then you will get a choice to choose your medium and if you have opt for offline mode then you will get a paper in both hindi and english.
