What have to fill in option which is given beside hostel,when i ok yes i need hostel the option appear residential state delhi/NCR or other

Hello,
In that option it is asked if you are from DELHI NCR or outside as the colleges prefer to give hostel to those students first which hail from outside Delhi. They try to ensure with that option if you should be preffed for hostel over other students or not. Rest assured though it barely holds any effect.
