AMCAT (Aspiring Minds Computer Adaptive Test)

The AMCAT is a computer adaptive test which measures job applicants on critical areas like communication skills, logical reasoning, quantitative skills and job specific domain skills thus helping recruiters identify the suitability of a candidate.

AMCAT is a computer based standardized test which assesses the employability of a candidate by comparison with multitude of other appearing candidates (percentile basically).  It also claims to perform advanced skill assessment for specific roles in industries - IT, Mechanical, Finance, Semi-Conductor, etc.
