NIAB is National Institute of Animal Biotechnology.
NIAB will start with the teaching programs that are drawn up in collaboration with the University of Hyderabad, a Central University established by an Act of Parliament.
New courses like the twinned M.Sc.- Ph.D. programmes will be designed in consultation with the academy and industry. NIAB will be academically linked to the UoH and all degrees will be awarded by the University of Hyderabad.
