what is the schedule for pilot study students
Hello Sateesh
To be a commercial pilot in India, you need to be a 10+2 pass with Physics and Maths in your 12th board exams from a recognised board with a minimum of 55% in Physics, Maths and English.
If you don't have PCM, you can take exams from NIOS and you'll be good enough.
Next up comes the medicals. Now in order to become a pilot, you should be medically fit. There shouldn't be any major issue with your body which may hamper your abilities as a pilot. Now, many people have the question of eyesight and whether they can become a pilot if they have spectacles. To answer that, yes you can if you have a 6/6 vision with or without spectacles. There are 2 tests conducted by DGCA Class 2 and Class 1. If you pass these, you are now good to go to undertake your flying training.
Then, you can enroll yourself onto any flying schools in India approved by DGCA or go abroad and do your training. It's up to you. Be prepared to shell out atleast 50 lakh rupees though. Flying training is pretty expensive, isn't it? Once you've got your CPL along with your MEIR, you can look for jobs online in different airlines. Note that if you have done your training from abroad, you need to convert your license to Indian CPL.
