Ok here we go. Some of the science institutes do have the astrophysics programmes. Unfortunately they are all about PhD or PG stuff. So digging deep, I am giving all options from say class XI on. You could take up a summer internship if you are a KVPY fellow or http://web-japps.ias.ac.in:8080/fellowship2018/index.html at IISC Bangalore. You will get an idea of what to expect. Then further, we do have the Indian Institute of Astrophysics which offers a Joint Programme with IISc Bangalore (details are at http://www.physics.iisc.ernet.in/~jap/stuopp.htm) or an integrated degree. For the integrated degree the eligibility is with a three years B.Tech. degree (Post BSc Hons) in Optics and Optoelectronics / Radio Physics and Electronics from CU or B.Tech / BE degree in Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics and Communications /Computer Science/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute. Candidates with an M.Sc degree in Physics / Electronic Science / Applied Mathematics /Applied Physics are also eligible to apply. details are here https://www.iiap.res.in/intmtech.html. Other options include BS from IISc Bangalore and more on from there or BS-MS from IISER. Both these require either JEE Main/Advanved or KVPY. SO the thing is you have to do your graduation and then you can further move to specialize in Astrophysics. What to graduate in? The answer I have given above. One thing I suggest to most students is to write to these institutions asking for information. They do reply you know. So write to them also, mull over and get back with further queries if any. I shall try to answer them.
there may not be special school for astrophysics, try for famous physics and science institutes in India like IISc Bangalore, later you can specialize in that field
