what type of exams I'll write to become army piolt after 12th
You must have Mathematics and Physics as subjects in 10+2.
You can give NDA(National Defence Academy) through the CDS exam conducted twice a year by UPSC. The candidates who qualify the examination will have to undergo a three years training .
Admission through NCC special entry scheme is also a possibility if you have a Air Wing Senior Division ‘C’ Certificate.
The Short Service Commission in Flying (Pilot) Branc of the Indian Air Force is another way. If you already hold a Commercial Pilot License issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). After the processing the applications, short-listed candidates would appear for the Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT). Once you qualify, you will have to clear a series of personality tests which are followed by an interview and medical examination, before the final selection.

Hey,
To become a pilot in Indian army, you will have to complete 12th standard with physics and mathematics as subjects.
Then you have to give NDA examination. The age limit should be between 16-1/2 to 19 years to appear for NDA exam.
Moreover, there are four ways through which candidates can become an Indian Air Force (IAF) pilot. National Defence Academy (NDA), Combined Defence Services Exam (CDSE), NCC entry and Short Service Commission Entry (SSC) are the courses that are the only path to get into IAF as a Flying Officer. While the three ways are considered to be permanent commission, the last one is a temporary one.
You can only appear for NDA after 12th, for others you will have to complete your graduation.
After you qualify the NDA examination, you will have to undergo a three years training at NDA followed by flying training at Air Force Training establishments. After completion of the training, you will be commissioned as ‘Permanent Commission Officers’ or can be posted as Pilots at any IAF Station.
Hope this helps!
