Candidates who have been allotted a seat but wish to upgrade to a programme of higher preference at any institute, they must exercise this option. They will be considered for the seat allotment during the other rounds of counselling. If they get any allotment of their choice to a higher preferred course, they will be upgraded and their earlier allotment will stand cancelled.
