Actually there is no direct application for the naval academy. You will have to clear the entrance exams and meet the eligibility prescribed by the Indian Navy. If it is B.Tech, you have to clear the NDA and then you may get to study here. check the entry methods here

However JEE Main scores will be taken for the 10+2 (B.Tech) scheme.
