Dear applicant,

for most of the exams, the counselling fee is to be paid while filling the counselling form itslef. You need to fill up the form, select preferred colleges with streams and pay as per necessary. Also in case of some exams they asks to pay per college(generally higher studies). So, you can not proceed to counselling if you not paid for it. After the counselling is done on behalf of your payment, then you can pay for the college seat you want to get it.
